This practice operates on a private-pay model, meaning payment is required at the time of service. While we are out-of-network and do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with an itemized super-bill to submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement.

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out, happy to explore options together.
